I would strongly recommend having a real estate-focused accountant look at your situation and prepare your taxes for you, as you are now treading into complicated waters where you can get yourself into trouble if your not careful!  

It is probably better to ask an experienced investor to read over the contract to gain their thoughts.

Other way I read your response is:  The REAL cash flow comes delayed when the property is 'near' or fully paid off. 

Yes, you should be able to download your digital files and read them even without data (after being downloaded).

Some people love them and actively seek them out while others don't care and would spend money to convert it back to normal. 

I just read Dave Van Horn's book and I'm obviously considering using his company, but was wondering if anyone has had any experience with PPR note.

I'm very new to this all and have loved reading through the forums, I'm learning a ton.
