I think I will just go ahead to continue with the sale since I'm having trouble finding a property manager that deals with STR.

So I’m wholesaling and just starting out but while I’m wholesaling is there any negative thoughts on me going on ahead to buy and hold property to get my portfolio going.

You don't need to, but I've always given my bank a heads up so there's no surprises.

or go ahead and sell it and use cash for the triplex and duplex ($82k down for both) and have  $35k left to work toward getting the quadplex in 2024 when it's available.thanks in Advance  

If you plan on updating it or rehabbing, make sure to understand, you don't know, what you don't know and keep that mindset to figure things out ahead of time. 

So, we are trying to figure out quickly if we should go ahead and have me put it on the MLS price it high enough to pay off the original mortgage and the other liens on the property (we don't know an exact number on this, but we think it might be around 30k) and see what happens.
