Local bulletin boards at grocery stores, restaurants, hardware stores, etc.Some smaller towns may have local internet service providers that offer advertising.Advertising in any magazines that may have a subscriber base that matches your target audience (hunting magazines, camping magazines, vacation/travel, whomever you think is likely to buy the land).You could also list the land on the MLS, but have the agent agree that if you find the buyer no commission will be paid.Hope these ideas help!

It is not like a duplex at all...it is fenced in and everything is shared...so what if one tenant parks 5 cars in the driveway or opens and shuts the gate at all hours...most folks don't want to be fenced in with a complete stranger...

Secondly, without even looking further, I can tell you that this is likely not a good deal simply based on the fact that it is a single tenant building with the tenant being in the largest failure rate of businesses (restaurants).If you lose your one tenant, you are 100% vacant and in a market downturn!
