Progress update:I found Bob today and we made quite a bit of progress.First, Bob and I went through a contract together and made the offer official so I can move forward with the title company tomorrow.My number one question to him after this was, what are you going to do with the money you make from this?

I think some seasoned investors can probably become desensitized to the challenges involved for newb investors because they've already progressed past that stage.

I am updating my blog daily with the progress.

The second, and often overlooked, is the value of the project as work on it progresses.

So as you progress the time you spend viewing crap is reduced.#3- As you progress you will find your true niche.

But it shouldn't stop you from taking the plunge.That's usually when progress and moving forward happens.

Flipping while in school will be difficult but is possible if you ensure you have systems setup and can dedicate enough time to monitoring progress, etc (without letting your grades slip).
