So I'd keep a traditional account until you have $40-50K to work with.

I have been able to find companies that will cover real estate portfolios on one policy in other markets but no luck in the Florida market.

Even big names like Opendoor who in the past offered little to no compensation has adjusted their marketing to include compensation in an effort to sell homes during this cooler time of year.
