Good morning, I'm interested in a property in Idaho and it has an addition that may not be permitted.

As it turns out, I hired an inspector to perform the service tomorrow morning.

Im at work now so I will get into this with a little more depth this evening or in the morning. 

She came to see the property the day it was listed and submitted an application the following morning (today).

I am meeting the homeowner again tomorrow morning to get the 3 lots under contract for $215,000...HOPEFULLY.......

thanks @Wayne Brooks  I'm calling my title company first thing in the morning. 

I am also full with loans so I spoke with my conventional lender this morning and asked him if I did the blanket loan can I start getting loans from him again and he stated this which I didnt know; He said I would have to form an S Corp. for the homes I put under the blanket and the loan would have to be with the S Corp and not my personal name. 

Seller refused, buyers were not happy.This morning the mortgage company gave me a quote, 4.35%, 10 year term, 30 year amortization, LTV 75% .

Essentially, your alarm clock will go off every morning so you can go to work for a bank...
