I looked into these products years ago, and got the impression they had high interest rates and were not interested in low loan amounts so I never looked into them further.

@Shyam Panchal Hearing your side gives me the impression that this is a lipstick on a pig kind remodel.If you find mold in a fully remodeled house that means they did a sloppy job.They didnot do a mold remediation.Mold remediation is a costly process and all they did was paint over the mold wich is an easy peasy.Like some one mentioned everyone and their uncle are into flips .Did you waive inspection contingency?

@Douglas Spence thank you for commenting and I plan on doing a FHA loan for 30 years, also correct me if I am wrong but I was under the impression you are able to do the BRRRR strategy even with a FHA loan.

I was reflecting on some of the initial impressions people have about multifamily syndications today, which prompted me to dig a bit deeper into the ‘why’ behind comments I’ve seen on message boards & social media, like these –‘I’m happy with my current investment decisions’ and ‘I don’t trust anyone who suggests a different strategy’‘ or I’m not interested in hearing about multifamily syndications, as I’m sure a pushy salesperson will try to convince me to do something that’s not good for me, and I don’t want to lose money’It occurred to me that I’m no different, and further reflected on how it took me a few months to be convinced to invest in multifamily syndications.
