If you can prove that she missed one or two key pieces of data, you may be able to get the whole thing thrown out or a review of the entire report.Unfortunately, at this point, it's an uphill battle -- appraisals are tough to fight once they've been sent to the lender, as the appraiser will have to admit s/he made a mistake or missed something in order to get it changed.

Scenario:We're buying two residential lot contracts from a local wholesaler who set them up as $30k and $95k when the market values are probably (needs to be confirmed to see what is capable of being built) closer to $80k each.

They had no financial incentive for finding someone so it wasn't like they were going to do it.It's hard enough dealing with squabbles between tenants in different units, but I don't want to be called upon for people who are fighting about doing the dishes or leaving toilet seat up.Also, when damage is caused in common areas, there's no way to prove who did it.

Because:1. if something happens between them, the better one will move out and leave you with the crappy one.2. when it comes to eviction, the crappy one has nothing to lose and will fight you to the end or worse file BK againIf for some reason you have to rent to them, make sure you put both names on the lease.
