I have done fix and flip and wholesaling myself so I understand the investor mindset.I am working at Coldwell Banker in Lakewood/White Rock area of Dallas, TX but I am willing to travel all over DFW and the surrounding to area to serve my clients.

I am a complete novice and along with my husband, am currently soaking up as much knowledge and experience as possible so I am super excited to have discovered this community.

I am a newbie to BP and am excited to be a part of a forum of people that share similar interests and ideas about Real Estate.

I have 2 guys that are willing to travel to do the work I need them to do.

I'm nervous, excited, nervous, can't sleep, nervous, happy, scared and did I mention nervous!  

Not having knowledge of real estate investing isn't the end of the world I hear,I'm from Los Angeles but I travel a lot over the United States for work and I am so fascinated by real estate and the financial freedom it gives to those like myself.

It wasn't until the spring of 2014 that the fire was reignited and a newfound excitement for the industry was formed.I'm looking forward to being a part of the community here and hopefully we can learn and grow together!

I'm excited and cant wait to dive into all the many aspects of having my license.

As far as my Property Manager will travel...since they do the property management...not me.

How could you not be excited about receiving a list of all the things the previous owner didn't bother to do, but expects you to do to actually make money?
