To me its a big gamble with no gaurantees I wonder if the remod gets denied how long will he have before it goes back to the auction.

Many screen for arrest records, etc and can deny at will.

You don't have to make the repairs and they will deny your house.

At the time I was just transitioning to a new job and my loan was denied so I had to beg and plea with family to help out. 

Handing the keys over to a family that should have been denied with proper screening.....and now the fun begins:)
