Most buyers performing due diligence and researching property BEFORE putting up earnest money deposits typically need critical lien, mortgage and foreclosure information first.

If one is planning to hire someone that's negligent, and doesn't employ critical thinking skills enough to vet them and their product/process, I'd suggest doing something else other than real estate investing.
