Spoke to a lawyer told me to press charges for criminal trespassing and theft via destruction of private property and to file a peace order. file it went back with the police got them out and police told me to "secure the property" board it up until the court date. 2 days later I get a call from the people who broke in saying that they want to get their stuff called the police and they were allowed to get their stuff court date came next Monday . basically told the judge what happened and that was that . took a total of 7 days had them out the house and had it secured on day went to court day 7 and that was that.
