I'd like to determine if I should move forward with Apartments.com or look into other property management software options.

Asking fellow realtors/brokers your opinion on Dotloop or another suggestion on a management software for organizing transactions, setting up tasks, and automation for follow up etc. 

I have a Software Development background, so I've seen the tech scene grow immensely over the past 7 years. 

@Ricardo Delgado @Hung A Nguyen - I also use cozy for rent screening, but have started looking into another really cool software called Hemlane. 

I've been a Bay Area resident for most of my life.I'm a Software Engineer and recently have been interested in Real Estate Investing. 

If you're not already using rental management software, I strongly advise it.

Do accounting software like Quicken automatically take care of this or do I need to do something different to handle this correctly?

Hi @Scott Kunz,I have a background in IT so I totally relate to the fact that you want a software solution but I'm going to actually head in a different direction with my answer because the solution for me when I had a similar problem came down to "time management".
