It often does mean that they can't get approved by the traditional property managers or that they have had bad experiences when the managers held them accountable.Whether we hear that or not, we look at why the applicant is moving, if there is anything on their credit report that could be a prior landlord turning them into collections, whether anything indicates they could be fussy or full of drama, and if they have sued or been sued, in addition to traditional screening methods.Applicants could like the more personal touch with a private owner, more perceived or actual flexibility in screening and later upgrades/policies,  more flexible due dates or payment methods, or might be interested in rent to own if the house and situation works out.  

Writing a Lease: You'll want to check the state laws and regulations (connect with a lawyer) in Texas, regarding the policies and disclosures on renting the property while listing it for sale.

National companies often have broad policies that may not actually comply with local laws.  

I understand that a typical home owners insurance policy would not be appropriate in this instance and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for insurance companies that I could look in to.

They do not create policies or procedures to ensure their success.

If the building owner's insurance policy does pay the owner, that company will turn around and come after you and your insurance company. 

Therefor if you wish to simply end a tenants lease without just cause (just cause being strictly defined within the RTA) there is no box to chose and therefor your application is invalid and automatically denied for being improperly filed.Primarily the problem boils down to the Ontario governments unwritten policy to not evict and grants adjudicators the authority to ignore their own regulations to that end.

Looks like Facebook used to allow you to create a standalone Facebook business page, but they've since changed their policy to require that you first log in to your personal profile and create/link your business page from there.To add to the confusion, I did find this link on Facebook that seems to say you can create a personal profile and then CONVERT it to a business page.
