No, there's not an epidemic of people dying or being maimed on jobs.Yeah, you do require a permit to remodel a bathroom, but no, we generally don't get too bent out of shape if somebody does it without one.

I didn't mind this because I was contemplating on moving the toilet location near the shower anyway ( which is ideal ) Landlords out there!

I googled the address to find that it was a home listed for sale that had already been completely remodeled including new beautiful hardwood floors that you could see in the pictures.

Sticking in this price range would allow me to budget for some necessary remodeling, and have a cash reserve set aside to cover future damages.

Can anyone share the tile that they use when they remodel a bathroom?
