The very first house AKA house 1 I bought back in 2011 was a foreclosed property that i purchased for around 74k if I remember correctly.

Your best bet would be to take a look at a combination of cash outs / or maybe just one in order to obtain your proceeds for the new purchase.

The first thing I ask them is:  "Did you by chance purchase the insurance when you booked"  This puts it back on them because they do in fact have that option.

Hello BP,I have a potential 2 Flat in Berwyn that I have a "verbal agreement" to purchase for 205k.

Have a few lenders currently that will loan 100% of the purchase price and rehab, as long as the total loan is below 75% LTV.

It would have been a great idea before i purchased my house.
