I’m just cruising through the site, I posted earlier today for some advice as well I haven’t gotten any responses yet but I’m amazed of the support in this community I truly appreciate the valuable feedback from everyone’s experience in the field. 

Be sure you stress test your portfolio.

Just keep in mind, they are people just like you and me and under stress, so they need to be treated extra nicely.

Tried and true DealMachine and post cards or other highly customizable lists seem to be the best results for us lately

I believe that is the baseline goal for every investor.I've been scraping over Google and this forum for a post/thread or an article on an, “investor’s depth in their ability to buy” (Best way I can describe it).
