I agree with that, but I believe it's literally immediately for housing as in the first 1-12 weeks, and then falls it offs to the affordability angle and starts to close the gap on that.

My question for you experienced investors are what programs are you using to find tenants, perform background checks, and create leases as I do not want to hire a property manager off the rip.

I'm a licensed broker, but would be acting as principal, so would welcome any introductions to any brokers that have off market opportunities. 

I ask all these questions as it's important to know if you have a FULL Application that you can make real decisions off of.

Only minor thing I would clarify is that your listing says there is off street parking but it is not apparent from the photos, nor mentioned in the description. 

I am looking for cash flow positive storage building in Texas, off a major highway, with value add potential, preferably in North Texas (Sherman/Denton/McKinney), Central Texas (Waco/Austin/San Antonio), West Texas (Odessa), or greater Houston area.
