However that being said ensure you set it up in the way that benefits you most and always if you have questions consult an attorney that specializes in such matters (another relationship you can start working now)As far as conventional mortgages go in general the number is 10, once you approach or hit 10 in many cases your DTI will not support additional conventional financing and most banks are not comfortable lending over 10.For low(er) cost of entry look to the Mid-West, although i have little experience out there many people here and on other forums relay that the cost of entry is much lower there (just about anywhere will be cheaper than NYC).

I recently discovered new construction subdivision that was built in the middle of a neighborhood that averages comps of about mid 300s.
