I was under the impression that the "buyer" was a property manager until last week when I found out he has this contract and is claiming to own the house.I know this is a lot and I need to see a real estate / contract lawyer, but I simply can't afford to go that route.

I'm not looking to make money off him; but do need to have the discussion with him that he's breaking the lease and there are consequences to that.

I bought a house as a rental property last year and taxes on this income is all new to me.

I use it to collect rent, and this last year I've used it to market my place online.

I just got back last night from a 2-day trip to Mississippi.

I have seen a huge uptick in activity out there and represented 2 buyers in Kellogg this last month alone, which is unusually high for that area.

They've kept saying all last year there is "too much money out there..."
