I had a million things going on as well as being sent on deployment training spontaneously while searching for a home.

I am a fairly new agent who started off the hype with trying to do as many buyers leads as i could get my hands on around the office and off the internet for that quick buck, but i have been giving it thought on why would other agents freely give away buyers leads if they want to stay successful.

It is their ability to recover which allows their ability to train.When I am financially free I look forward to taking a sabbatical to live and train like a pro triathlete.

Any tenant can be trained unfortunately may landlords train them to be bad tenants. 

Still affordable with easy access to beach and train station.

Is his training on-line and available 24x7?

Look for people with designations MPM and RMP they will be the post experienced and professionally trained PM's.Good luck on your search

Any good resources for trainings on it?

True professionals have valuable information, and are most likely charging for it.If you find someone who is where you want to be, put in the work to study them, watch what they do, listen to what they say, pay for information they have.The first step to success is to train your brain to seek information then take action,  not to wait for it to come to you.
