A battery system for a small family plus electric car was going to cost us between $30-40k on top of the solar panels when we considered it in 2019 (Southern California).Even if you installed a battery system, I'd be impressed if you had enough southerly-oriented roof space on a duplex in Ohio to cover the needs of two families.

I'm under the impression that the moratorium in Illinois is finally expiring this coming weekend and we should be ready to getting moving on these evictions on Monday the 20th.   

I've done some basic self-education on residual properties, stuff about the kind of team you should put together for yourself.Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm under the impression that we first want to connect with real estate agents, property managers, eventually loan brokers and contractors as well.

Look back at your maintenance records and see what if anything has been an issue and get it resolved.Don't forget the front of the home, first impressions matter

For some reason I was under the impression that there was an exclusion for unincorporated entities ( sole prop, or partnership) and it was the non-self employment income of the rental portfolio that I was going to run into issues with. 

I've closed 16 deals since 2018 which to some of you may not be that impressive but to me it's enough considering I'm a one-man operation.

They are hard to remove within a couple of hours by my cleaners and may leave bad impressions to new guests who may use them.

I personally just hired a college kid because he came to me to ask about investing and I was so impressed with his knowledge, I hired him to do some projects for me.Be learning based and offer to help others and they will give you a leg up to make you more successful.
