And it's a simple process to request to do business in your State as an Out-of-State business.I would also suggest you pick up a copy of Garrett's book: "How to Use LLC's and LP's" - it's awesome and breaks everything down for you.

What I recommend is read a lot on BP, listen to podcasts and read books on this stuff.

After reading Brandon Turners book on investing with low or no money I thought I would give a crack at it.

There’s a tax book by Amanda Han I bought last night for 10 bucks on kindle.
