On the same token, I'd also look at the expected deliveries of new housing units to make sure they're not overbuilding.Much lower on the list, I look for places that I like to go... give me an excuse to get out of the house for a bit...

Maintenance was sent out May 16, 2023 to do turn on, but left because they didn't have the parts (ridiculous excuse) and didn't turn the water off because the renter said they would do it.

That means to me that ignorance is no longer an excuse in most cases and those involved in unethical practices are doing so by choice, so it's guilt by association.
