Im new to this game, but very excited about learning from eveyone!

Hi I'm excited about this site!

We plan to do it remotely, but of course with an excellent local team, which we have already started building.I'm going back to Athens next week to meet with more banks, and to have the apartments we so far have found that are of interest, professionally inspected by an engineer.This is very exciting!

There are benefits to having both.When you go fishing or hunting, you have your local experts near your home and fishing and hunting guides who know the ins and outs and sweet spots of the place you wish to travel to.The laws in CA and OK are similar both still very different.

I am excited and nervous but if this is the right path for me then it will work well.

We are retirees but still work for DOD and travel around.
