I've been pretty busy closing and renovating the other properties that I'm working on but I agree that he needs to get paid haha..I just wanted to see the legal aspect of contractors denying to talk to Agents for whatever reason..

My moms HOA filed a creditors claim against my moms estate and it was denied.  

It was denied, but my milestone was just even getting to the point of the offer.

But would a bank consider a HELOC used for a down payment as another loan and potentially deny a mortgage?

Seems stupid to have the bank deny it like that, but . . . 

Determine who it is that might be made executor and get them to sign an agreement.. have a lawyer whip up some verbiage like: 'contingent upon them being listed as the executor' that will be null and void if the court denies them.
