Criminal background?

I value my families safety over my financial well being and sometimes even people with clean records turn out to be criminals of the worst kind.

Skip tracers have access to data bases such as DMV records, criminal records, credit bureau records, etc.

Now if they are taking your furniture and directing your employees to do unpaid work for them you have a civil case with a potential criminal case against them depending on the laws in your area.

Pretty much a CYA move that in my opinion should be criminal.

If the applicant like the property and the application submission goes well, no eviction, criminal history, etc., then you will fill out what is called a RFTA (in Maryland).

Tenants are screened like any other; any past eviction is a deal breaker as is any criminal behavior. 

By then I was at least smart enough to stick to my script ("you and your son need to apply in writing,  I need proof of income,  prior rental history,  civil/background check and criminal background check;  and please understand I WILL verify this information  (this was before seattle outlawed half of this)  -  we went back and forth for several days after the initial showing with her claiming I had agreed to rent to her, then offering to pay cash in advance and such.   

The usage of such a property is also subject to conditional use approval by the Village, however I was assured by Zoning that it's reasonable to assume one could obtain this approval, unless one has a history of criminality, tax delinquencies w/the village, etc. 

Also their payment history and criminal background check is important.
