Will prices continue to surge? 

They would put up bandit style signs at the entrances and exits of the complex the week rent was due every month.

If you think they will be a hassle and continue to pay late when they feel like it file for eviction AND close any channels they have to pay you rent.

My question: how do you stay motivated to continue fighting the fight to keep investing, flippling, selling, etc. 

From my point of view, that would be going backwards - I am wondering how I will continue financing properties once I get to 10!!

Her mother passed away....Owner Financed - Asking 35,000 - Terms 5,000 down 600/month...this was a 3 story victorian style home with 3 APARTMENTS IN IT, in a college town!!!

I have looked at and analyzed several SMF deals in the west end (Waconia, Watertown, Delano, and the likes) and am continuing to do so, hoping to find something that my wife and I with our two kids could live in and still have a little room and somewhat of a yard for the kids to play in.

Grant Cardone and other big investors continue to say this , maybe I’m missing something ?

If so I would continue to run business as normal.

The reality of staying where I live is saving a large down payment (200k+) and continuing to work overtime every single month to make ends meet and provide a decent lifestyle for my family.
