Even the ones that scream wow don't get contracts in a day- a few days maybe but more often than not- not the first day.I was reading Craig Fuhr's blog and he has a show coming out where he teaches people how to flip- I am in the same state that he is so I've looked up his latest rehab thats on the market 54days.
