They're not on-site property managers, but they deal with the tenants day-to-day issues including rent collection, follow up on tenant issues, contact or communicate with our designated contractors and vendors and are available 24-7.

Well, seeing as how everyone likes to mention Rich Dad Poor Dad on the podcast, I figured maybe we can start a book suggestion thread?

I've done Ron LeGrand's Boot Camp as well as the 3 day Rich Dad Real Estate seminar, and I've read a bunch of great books!!

I have been interested in real estate going on five years now, every since i read the classic Rich Dad Poor Dad.  

I'm looking to get a 2-4 unit, and I will be an owner occupant in one of the units.We got into the discussion about what I'd be able to afford to put down, and how I should not put myself in a position where I would be " house rich and cash poor".

Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Rich

Good luck.To me it seems like email communication with her is best.Write her and explain that you regret that the offer has to be retracted because your secured funding has a deadline and that has come and gone.
