Our goal is to buy another home in Courtenay/Comox with a suite that needs some work in the next year and actually move over there.My goal with BP is to meet other investors who might be interested in partnering on a small multi family or participating by helping to finance a purchase.

Cloud based project management is a major resource as long as you have full team “buy in” participation.

My mother is actually considering this 30k training that is offered by the Scott Yancey Team (Flipping Las Vegas)I have read some other threads and have the general consensus of what the BP community feels about these expensive trainings but I would like to know has anyone actually participated in this Diamond Package for 30k and if so how was the experience and what were the results?

Meaning, contribute to 401k but only up to the employer's match and participate in REI, making sure to evaluate other REI strategies beyond SFR, such as multi-family, crowdfunding Resi & Comm, private lending/investment clubs, notes, etc. 

I’m not opposed to pure appreciation plays as I am a participant, but I have a cash flowing portfolio to mitigate the risk of my appreciation plays.

@Ramon Flores @Kristina LugoYour parents would have to confirm that their plan allows for a 401k participant loan (and that they have not had an outstanding loan in the last 12 months).
