I can access data (MLS) and sell my own acquisitions via MLS in several markets, saving tons of money in commissions.

I have been keeping a data base of rentals in my area, and I have noticed one landlord in particular is starting to rent by the room. 

Has anyone working in Bexar County (San Antonio Metro) come across a source that is data mining County Records by owner?

2% pffft...If you're looking to simplify data entry with hardware and big box store type purchases why not look at a charge account at your local hardware.

Is data from the city on permits issued one way to find out?

While I have found some basic information, I am curious who has the best most recent data for pre-foreclosure and foreclosure information.
