Have been interested in investing in general since college (would say a while... but what is 5 years in the long run of things).

I recently graduated college with a B.S in biochemistry and started a production job at 40k/year with about 20k in savings and no debt at all.

They internally can see and credit this, but you have to initiate that internal review.

Hi there, I own an international company that is doing well managing vacation rentals in Los Angeles, Mexico and Eastern Europe.  

On a whim I bought a property in Cincinnati, OH (where I was interning at the time).

I have very traditional parents that are forcing me through college while the market passes me by every single day.

Lots of growth going on (by upstate NY standards) lots of colleges, the state government, hospitals, etc.

I am from Newark, NJ and I attend a college in West Philadelphia, PA.

And since they were mostly college educated and some had real jobs (which first floor promptly got fired from right after she moved in, for mouthing off to her supervisor), we didn't do all our due diligence.Tough lesson, and it's not over yet.
