It would tough for them to sue you for the security deposit if they failed to meet their obligation, and you followed state guidelines for itemizing the portion of security you retained.More realistically, something to consider is that you do run a risk they'll sue - especially if there's a case the door was a safety hazard or there's a state statute that allows them to break the lease.

I passed all of it the first time over 12 years ago but I am a test nerd and can study right before tests and do well.In later years I took the broker test and that was a very tough test.When I took the agent it was easy multiple choice.

As far as Pottstown is concern it can be a tough city.High taxes, lots of homes with oil heat (which can be tough on tenants) and low property values.

Update kitchen, floors, paint, etc…Looking at around $7k with labor and materials.$1508 (mortgage/tax/insurance) -$900 = $608 to live in other apartment.
