Sometimes I think I make it look too easy and smooth and they have no idea that it has taken. 25 years or more to get this good.

Think about it. "10K a day" of Boomers retire, and many of the "S" type business owners really didn't develop a plan for how to exit their business.

I think its unrealistic for individuals who cant buy a few million dollars worth to think this is some type of retirement strategy. 

The need for money got me thinking of alternatives and it’s good to see others have tried tapping into savings for real estate as well.

Think PNC bank or Ally bank, or Betterment - and now Charles Schwab!
