Why tether your success to one tenant stream?

That's what I had heard and would think, but trying to see if anyone has used the acoustic/sound barriers and found any success with that.

Neglecting the Guest ExperienceA memorable guest experience is central to success in the short-term rental market.

I have had success finding properties listed for sale, listed for rent, or not listed at all that I have been able to negotiate a lease option with little to no money down.

However, we negotiate a suitable timeframe with the seller for the tenants to vacate the property.

I have had some great success in the single family & small multi-family space over the past several years.
