I have been looking under the podcast and under startup but some of those articles are a little over my head, or information I am not really concerned about ta the moment. right now I have been trying to do research on property analysis and running the numbers and what they mean.

Since there are numerous PMs in this market, what make your service better than theirs?

You need to be creative.FB and Linkedin is self promotion.Go the secretary of states site and look up their LLC filing.The attorney is probably their registrar.There are numerous sites usually governmental that will indicate whether they have had any scrapes with the law.

I have been doing my research, looking at the training videos and reading the articles on how others use real Estate to reach their financial goals. 

Then there are 3 Articling course that are also required with a 2 year timeframe for completion.
