Or take those recent solds and do a parcel search which will likely give you the new new owner and their address, then mail them.

@Corey Owen  going to a closing is total 1980's  no one has to go to a closing if its a cash purchase you simply e mail him docs he scans signs and returns via e mail then wires.I do this for my clients 7 to 10 times PER WEEK  LOL. 

I wouldn't do direct mail to the companies though, if that's what your asking.

If you're looking for more much more than a few, consider online and direct-mail advertising (as well as the other avenues just mentioned).
