Building your own tiny home is an impressive accomplishment.

I would do an entire house for under $1k installed, and it really impressed everyone, when they saw it.

In cases where properties are in weekly rental zones, there is potential for very impressive returns.

Yes, you can call any landline/cell phone number in the US and I've been very impressed with the quality - very rare to have a dropped call.  

I'm getting the impression that mobile home park owners/operators aren't willing to look at the possibilities.

Also, due to our respective trainings, we may not be able to get out there for as long as we'd like beforehand)- I have not been impressed with my initial, cursory look at available duplexes in the area.

In further discussion with my servicer, the borrower appears to be under the impression that I had placed insurance on the property, which I never have.Looking through my records from the purchase/due diligence I have a copy of a "Homeowners Policy" in the borrower's name and address.

Just remember they may appear to you on first impression as the best tenants and the most likeable people, and maybe they are, but they're not stupid and they know how to read and play people as needed.
