Lot's of people use the term UpState, and since I've got my BP alerts set up... it isn't solely used by New York Upstaters... apparently lots of different states like to throw around 'upstate'  Anyway, I digress.  

Fail at that and you are setting yourself up to lose money.Funding: This is also an essential part of the puzzle.

My house was closed on 11/30 and since then I asked the property manager to pick up the house key from my local realtor, and do an inspection on the house to make the house rent ready.

His conclusion is that housing providers in those cities make enough money. 

Each additional house pays off faster than the last with the additional cash flow.

I was introduced to wholesaling a few months ago and don’t even have a business, LLC, Tax ID, social media or anything set up.

Plus the tenants have almost paid off my mortgage and as house prices went up, there is even more equity in the home. 

I have a lead that owns a large house that she also uses as her business.
