should i start an LLC and how can I obtain business credit?

I have a question regarding hard money lending which may seem pretty basic but I haven't seen any discussion on it, and even read BP's no or low money down book, with no luck. 

Unless you are on the loan they are prevented by the FCRA to discuss the property with you.

And before going further, I'm in discussions with a tax professional but looking for anything myself or they haven't thought of from the BP community.I guess my question is for folks that have been investing in real estate for years and built out several properties, knowing what you know now is there anything you would have done differently when you started?

Part of obtaining property insurance coverage for a home constitutes an inspection by the insurance company.

Some of the advice that I have heard is to keep the properties in the same geographic area to make it easier to obtain portfolio financing.
