I'll check out our Habitat store (I can usually find good deals on lights there) but we use the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot) for most of our items.

I appreciate the replies, including the PMs I received.I think in the back of my mind, I knew it wasn't going to be that easy, but you never know until you ask questions...Beyond just the complexity of the situation, regardless of the risks, the other problem I foresee is that the "predatory" nature that might be construed from this could shine a negative light on my real estate rental business as a whole.

Thinking I struck out this time I started to head out but noticed a binder in the desk that said "probate court docket index by case name/descendants estates" they had the cases in this binder dating back from August 2014 to current.

During day light hours and removed at the end of showings basically, so the directional signs were permitted but only for a few hours to serve the public in searching for a property that had been legally advertised.The reason there is no exemption is probably because that sign doesn't offer a property for sale or lease which is governed in various ways. :)
