Just a quick question, when you're not dealing with a buyer's agent, do you typically hire a lawyer to review the contract documents to make sure that you are covered properly?

Having everyone on a single lease is the proper thing to do. 

Not going to say that I am totally opposed to the cards/letters going out, but I'm not relying on them for leads - they are just another way to drive traffic to the site, where I can capture their pixel and retarget like mad. 

Even if they can see you used to own a property, when properly transferred it will look like it was sold to investors.
