Hi everyone I have been listening to the podcasts a great wealth of information.I find them funny easy to listen to everyone is trying to improve themselves and help others,I'm glad I  stumbled across them.I work about 50 hours a week on my sales job covering 4 states on the road a lot.I get to see some great sights.I presently own a home with a  accessory apartment, An older 2 unit which I'm upgrading and a condo.I would like to expand and eventually do this full-time.I am working with the bank to be set up for a  Equity loan or revolving line of credit line for a down payment on my next purchase.My target area is Southern Maine within 20 minutes of my home.

It would seem unwise to not look at these numbers and make your decision based off of them.The 2 year own,occupy,sell,tax free profit is a beautiful thing in the tax code.

I am a single mother of two beautiful children as well as aid and attendant to my uncle who is a paralyzed veteran.

Where else can you find fabulous restaurants, great entertainment, warm weather, metropolitan culture, beautiful beaches, cool architecture, art deco buildings, cruise ship port and more attractions?

Savannah is a beautiful place. 203k loans are a powerful tool!

My partner and I have officially made contact with our first real lead and are planning to meet this week with the seller of two semi-distressed properties (they are livable, just not beautiful).
