I am a current medical resident in Missouri, and I will be taking my first attending job as a physician in Neenah/Appleton Wisconsin this summer.

As an accredited investor who has looked hard at a number of syndications, sponsors, and attended several events in the space I would like to briefly argue the counterpoint which represents my investment strategy.

Is there any training I can do before I join or any meetings I can attend?

So I’m thinking about housing a few flight attendants instead.

I would attend virtual meet ups in the area and find someone experienced and doing volume  buying off market and partner with them.
