This is true.Sometimes things are so bad (son and group building a bonfire in the back yard in 100 degree temps this week) you just tell the adult to move on and negotiate a reference to get rid of them.

to me its a health hazard unless involved indecent *sexual* exposure. ie, an adult parking his/her car outside of an elementary school or anywhere for the matter with genitalia unclothed would likely be a sexual offense however the same person into their car at the beach parking lot caught taking off their wet trunks and slippin into dry trunks, or vice versa, or maybe even urinating in the nearby bushes isn't sexual (except to a sexually obsessed society that loves to associate natural nudity with sexuality).i notice at alot of the beaches' changing rooms around here in socal, alot/most of the guys walk around freely naked and even aroused. must be a western thing?

@Jacob Casarez I your talking Orygun then just google duplex 4 plex specialist and realtors will come up.. if its bigger then simply go to any number of the commercial brokerages.. most multi in Oregon is not traded on the MLS ... commercial brokers many times never put their listings on line they market them to their clients as they want to double end as many deals as they can.PS I have a MHP I am rehabbing right now in Springfield I would entertain an offer on that.

If there is a high divorce rate, adult children moving out, senior not moving to a retirement area, etca, it all affects the demand for housing.
