Dawn exemplifies what you can accomplish by knowing your market and your clientele, sticking to what you know and growing creatively, yet methodically.

I was 21 then and wanted to retire early at 55 a this would accomplish that.

I know I'm way ahead of myself here, but I'm just trying to figure out how people accomplish this.

I am sending letters to 100% equity multis in my area, so far no response.I recently read Think and Grow Rich and I'm trying to spend a lot of energy thinking the right way to accomplish my goals.

What a variety of ways in which you accomplish your goals.

We went from organizing our group through emails to setting up a website, a FB page, a FB group, a twitter account and now a Periscope account.We've managed to network with great BP speakers including @Ben Leybovich, @Brandon Turner, @Joshua Dorkin, @Chris Clothier, @Engelo Rumora, @Ali Boone, @Matt Faircloth, @Mark ShaffarThere are a ton of reason why you can't get started in real estate:* No money* No networks* No experience* No credit* Too young* Too oldADD to that list:* Living 6,000 miles away from where you'd like to invest* Not speaking the language of the country you want to invest in (for our investors investing in Korea)But it's amazing what can be accomplished when you stop focusing on what's stopping you and start working out solutions. 

How can I accomplish my objective?

Heavily market on social media, no so much in a sense that "it's a great time to buy a home here's why" but in the sense that  "hey I closed another deal and helped this amazing family accomplish the American dream!".

So I would like to accomplish the following:1) URL on signs that are easy to remember and changeable redirects, similar to google voice numbers2) Different short URLs (bitly or other url short names on each sign) for tracking purposes3) Low cost squeeze page with contact fill out form, testimonials and information4) Privacy on the website ownership, etc. 5) To make new leads feel comfortable and still build trust but protect myself for the long run using bandit campaigns.I am considering making multiple cheaper one page sites, that produce similar results and rotate them through if I feel the heat is turning up by code enforcement in a particular city.

I guess it depends on what you are trying to accomplish to determine if it is a good area or not.
