Leaning toward a turn-key property and renting it out long term - easier to manage, don't have to furnish, reasonable property management fees (~10% of monthly rent income from what I've read), and more stable income.

Also be careful on the zoning as some areas require a COE and are constantly under city scrutiny.

But yeah, but for one, I don't think the agents I am in touch with are that helpful and geared toward working with investors or willing to share good deals with foreigners/people they don't know.Good to read that you're able to find adequate opportunities.
