These bills to allow conversion to quad were not passed, but just their proposal shows an attempt to address the housing crisis by addressing zoning limitations.

In that ad clearly state that there has been a fraud attempt and someone who is NOT the owner is trying to sell this house and it is a scam.Next thing you are going to notice is new people moving into your house, believing they are the new owners, with a large loan and lots of lost money.
