I am embarrassed to say that I have been a free member for a very long time, and stuck in analysis paralysis for way too long.

For me it cut down on the time to build an out of state team and gave me access to people who knew the area.

When starting out, I think you should at least be able to get to your property several times within the first couple of years to en reasonable amousure everything is set up and functioning properly.

Every time I have rented an on-site storage unit or garage to a tenant, I have always gotten less than what I could have gotten if I had found an off-site tenant to lease the unit.

Layout reminds me of small time share condos but the other condo complex next door does not resemble this one at all.

This time I decided to make my own spreadsheet instead of using someone else's.

What's even worse, when you sell the property you would still have to recapture any depreciation on the property, for the time it was held for investment.
